Service delivery policy

JanamBandhan is a digital service. There is no physical product, no courier and no delivery charge.

Your membership is active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds of paying. If a payment goes through and the membership does not appear, call or WhatsApp +91 97629 58243 and our team will activate it by hand, normally within the same working day and never more than 48 hours.

You will get a confirmation on WhatsApp, on the number registered to your account. Log in and your membership and its validity are already there.

Anywhere in India, over the web on a phone or a computer. Most of our members are in western Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR, so that is where the profiles are concentrated.

If a payment has gone through and your plan is not showing within 48 hours, call +91 97629 58243 or write to support@janambandhan.com. If we cannot activate it, you get your money back — see the refund policy.
