About us

JanamBandhan is a matrimony service run from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is registered as JANAM BANDHAN, a sole proprietorship of Amit Singhal, and holds Udyam (MSME) registration UDYAM-UP-56-0186752 as a micro services enterprise. We work with samaj groups, marriage bureaus and families across western Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR.

Most matchmaking still happens through people a family already trusts — a relative, a samaj group, a bureau in the next town. What those people lack is a way to keep profiles organised, verified and searchable. The big matrimony websites solve that, but they hand a stranger's number to anyone who pays, and families are right to be wary of it.

We built JanamBandhan the other way round. We never hand a phone number to anybody, at any price — not to another member, not to a partner. Families talk here, and swap numbers themselves if and when they decide to. Membership is paid and every profile is checked against a government ID, which is how fake profiles stay out.
